Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 September 2026
This policy explains what information Indeeleads (“we”, “us”) collects through indeeleads.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
Indeeleads is a travel growth and performance marketing agency.
- Business name: Indeeleads
- Office: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Contact for privacy queries: info@indeeleads.com
- Grievance and data protection contact: Data Protection Officer, info@indeeleads.com
What we collect
We collect two kinds of information.
Information you give us
When you submit the audit form or the contact form, we collect: your name, company name, website, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your monthly ad spend or marketing budget band, your stated primary goal or challenge, and any message you choose to write.
We ask for these because they are what we need to prepare and discuss a review of your marketing. We do not ask for financial account details, identity documents, or any special category personal data, and you should not send them to us through this website.
Information collected automatically
If analytics is enabled on this site, we and our analytics providers may collect standard technical information such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and interactions such as clicking a call-to-action or starting a form. Our server also records the IP address of form submissions for a short period, to limit automated abuse.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses cookies and comparable storage for two purposes: to make the site work, and — where enabled — to measure how it is used and to attribute enquiries to the marketing that produced them. That may include Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel.
Where required by the laws applicable to you, these are loaded only after consent. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then behave differently.
How we use your information
- To prepare and deliver the review or response you asked for
- To contact you about your enquiry, by email, phone or WhatsApp
- To provide services to you if we go on to work together
- To measure and improve the performance of our own marketing
- To keep records we are required to keep, and to protect against abuse
We do not sell your personal data. We do not add you to a marketing list from a form submission without telling you, and we do not share your enquiry with other businesses.
Legal basis
Where UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent, for optional analytics and marketing cookies; legitimate interests, for responding to a business enquiry you initiated and for protecting our site from abuse; performance of a contract, where we are delivering services to you; and legal obligation, where we are required to retain records.
Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) applies, we process personal data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form, or for a legitimate use permitted under that Act.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate, and only to the extent needed. Each is bound to handle the data on our instructions.
- Website hosting and delivery: our web hosting provider in India
- Lead storage and routing: Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Apps Script)
- Email: Google (Gmail)
- Analytics and advertising measurement: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place for international transfers.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months from last contact
- Client records: for the duration of the engagement and 3 years afterwards
- Records required for tax or legal reasons: as long as the law requires
- Abuse-prevention logs: a short rolling window
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent you previously gave, and to receive a copy in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email info@indeeleads.com. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your data protection authority — in India, the Data Protection Board; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to our lead system. Access is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask that you do not send sensitive information through the forms on this site.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on the page rather than applied quietly.
