The Travel Growth System

One growth system. Every part of the funnel connected.

Traffic → Landing Page → Enquiry → Qualification → Follow-up → Booking → Revenue. Seven stages, and a signal that travels back to the start. Most travel businesses run all seven — as seven separate things.

The chain

Every stage is somebody’s job. In most travel businesses, two of them are nobody’s.

Each handoff below is a point where enquiries and revenue go missing — and each one is invisible from inside the stage before it.

How it works

Five stages, in order.

Attract, convert, qualify, measure, optimise. Most travel businesses run all five — as five separate things, owned by different people, measured in different tools.

01

Attract

Demand in travel arrives at wildly different temperatures. Search captures people already deciding; social creates the decision in the first place. Both matter, and they should be budgeted and measured differently rather than lumped into one “marketing” line.

The question it answers

Are we reaching travellers who can actually buy this trip?

What breaks without it

Without intent-led targeting, budget flows to the cheapest traffic rather than the most valuable, and volume looks healthy while the pipeline does not.

What we report on

Six numbers that actually decide anything.

Impressions, clicks and reach describe activity. These describe the business. Each one is defined the same way every month so the trend means something.

Qualified lead rate

Qualified enquiries ÷ total enquiries, judged by your sales team.

Why it matters: The single fastest way to see whether you have a traffic problem or a targeting problem.

Cost per qualified lead

Total acquisition cost ÷ qualified enquiries.

Why it matters: Replaces cost per lead as the number you optimise. The gap between the two is where the story usually is.

First response time

Median minutes from enquiry to a substantive human reply.

Why it matters: Never appears in an ad account, frequently the largest single constraint on bookings.

Enquiry-to-booking rate

Bookings ÷ qualified enquiries, by source and destination.

Why it matters: Tells you whether the constraint sits in marketing or in the sales conversation.

Cost per booking vs gross margin

Acquisition cost per confirmed booking, set against margin — not trip value.

Why it matters: A ₹2,00,000 package where you keep ₹20,000 is a ₹20,000 business. The ratio decides what you can afford to spend.

Attributable revenue share

Percentage of booked revenue traceable to a source.

Why it matters: Measures the health of your tracking. Rising is good; a stable low number is a warning.

What makes this different

Most agencies optimize the ad. We optimize the revenue journey.

The difference is not effort or talent. It is scope — how much of the chain between a click and a confirmed booking anyone is actually accountable for.

Traditional Agency

4 steps

Accountable for the campaign. Everything after the click belongs to someone else.

  1. 01Campaign launched
  2. 02Leads generated
  3. 03Monthly report
  4. 04Repeat

Loops back to the campaign — with no information about what happened to the leads.

Indeeleads

9 steps

Accountable for the whole journey — including the parts that sit outside the ad account.

  1. 01Campaign
  2. 02Landing Page
  3. 03Lead
  4. 04CRM
  5. 05Qualification
  6. 06Sales
  7. 07Booking
  8. 08Revenue
  9. 09Optimization

Loops back with revenue data attached, so the next campaign starts smarter than the last.

How we work

From audit to growth — without guesswork.

Five stages, in order. Each one produces something specific, and nothing moves forward until the stage before it has done its job.

  1. 01

    Audit

We analyse your current acquisition funnel — ads, pages, tracking, CRM and follow-up — and find where enquiries and revenue are leaking.

    • Ad account structure, spend distribution and search-term quality
    • Landing page conversion path and mobile performance
    • Tracking chain from click to enquiry to booking
    • Lead response time and follow-up discipline
  2. 02

    Strategy

We identify the biggest growth opportunities and sequence them by impact against effort, so the first month of work is the highest-leverage month.

    • Priority destinations and package types by margin
    • Channel mix and budget allocation logic
    • Measurement plan agreed before anything is built
    • A named constraint to fix first
  3. 03

    Build

Websites, campaigns, tracking, landing pages and CRM workflows are implemented as one connected system rather than as separate projects.

    • Campaign architecture built or restructured
    • Website and landing pages designed, written and shipped
    • GA4, GTM, CAPI and CRM integration live
    • Routing and WhatsApp follow-up workflows in place
  4. 04

    Optimize

Budget, creative, pages and conversion paths are improved continuously against qualified enquiries — not against clicks.

    • Weekly search-term, creative and audience work
    • A/B tests run one variable at a time
    • Qualified lead rate and cost per qualified lead reviewed
    • Feedback loop tuned as data accumulates
  5. 05

    Scale

Winning channels, destinations and audiences receive more investment, with the economics checked at each step up rather than assumed.

    • Budget increases staged against CAC tolerance
    • Expansion into adjacent destinations and markets
    • New package types tested against proven templates
    • Organic layered underneath to lower blended cost

Reporting

You should know where your money is going.

Spend, enquiries, qualified enquiries, cost per qualified enquiry, bookings and revenue — in one place, updated continuously, traceable back to the campaign that produced each one.

Reported on qualified enquiries

Cost per lead and cost per qualified lead shown side by side, because the gap between them is usually where the real story is.

You own everything

Ad accounts, tag manager, analytics properties and CRM stay in your name. Documented setup, handed over, no black boxes.

A review, not a data dump

A monthly session that explains what changed, what we learned and what happens next — not forty screenshots and a summary slide.
